Client Servicing Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Events Management
The Client Servicing Executive will play a criticalrole in post-sales client management, event coordination and on-the-groundexecution support, ensuring a seamless delivery of events from confirmationthrough to completion.
This role is primarily focused on after-sales servicing, acting as the key liaison between clients, internal and external operational teams to ensure all event requirements are executed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
The position is responsible for managing confirmed clients, coordinating event logistics, supporting on-site execution, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end client experience throughout the event lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment while managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
1. Client Servicing & Post-Sales Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after event confirmation and throughout the event delivery phase.
- Manage ongoing client communication via email, phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Confirm and finalise all event requirements based on signed proposals and agreements.
- Ensure all client expectations are clearly understood, documented and communicated to internal teams.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and alignment sessions with clients.
- Provide timely updates to clients on event progress, logistics and operational arrangements.
- Handle client queries, changes and last-minute requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction before, during and after events.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and support future engagement opportunities.
2. Event Planning & Operations Support
- Translate confirmed event requirements into detailed operational plans and event orders.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (operations, F&B, technical, housekeeping, security, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and distribute detailed event briefs, setup plans and run sheets.
- Liaise with external vendors, AV partners, decorators, caterers and service providers.
- Oversee venue setup, event execution and teardown processes.
- Support rehearsals, walkthroughs and pre-event site inspections.
- Manage on-site event coordination and provide real-time troubleshooting when required.
- Ensure all event timelines, schedules and deliverables are executed according to plan.
- Monitor event quality and ensure adherence to venue standards and client expectations.
- Support post-event reporting, documentation and internal debriefs.
3. Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and coordinating basic marketing materials (Event invitations, EDM, Social media content etc..)
- Coordinate with internal and external partners on marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Support the promotion of upcoming events, programmes and partnership activities.
- Assist in maintaining event photo libraries, testimonials and event showcases.
- Support cross-marketing opportunities withstrategic partners and sponsors.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of confirmed events, client requirements and operational details.
- Update CRM systems with event status, client communications and post-event outcomes.
- Prepare event documentation, event orders, run sheets and correspondence.
- Track event timelines, approvals and internal coordination milestones.
- Assist in invoice tracking, purchase requests and vendor documentation.
- Support scheduling of meetings, site visits and internal coordination sessions.
- Prepare post-event summaries and basic reporting when required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems or event management tools is preferred.
