About the Role
As our Client Success & Project Manager, you'll act as both the trusted advisor to clients and the driving force behind successful project delivery.
You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, our technical consultants, engineers, architects, and leadership team to ensure projects are delivered successfully while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
Client & Account Management
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders
Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities to add value
Act as the primary point of contact across client engagements
Drive client satisfaction, retention, renewals and account growth
Support proposals, solution development and commercial discussions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the data, cloud and AI landscape
Project Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI consulting projects
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and success measures
Coordinate internal technical teams and external stakeholders
Manage project risks, dependencies and issues proactively
Monitor project performance and provide clear status reporting
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
Leadership & Collaboration
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings
Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
Work closely with consultants, engineers, architects and leadership
Drive continuous improvement of project delivery practices and client engagement frameworks
What You'll Bring
We're interested in your ability to build relationships, manage delivery, and drive outcomes.
Ideally, you'll have:
4 - 6 years' experience in account management, project management, consulting, or customer-facing delivery roles
Experience delivering technology, data, analytics, cloud or transformation projects
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and projects
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience working with enterprise or government clients is advantageous
PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications
Experience within a consulting or professional services environment
Exposure to data, analytics, AI, cloud or digital transformation initiatives
