Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic
clinics across the UAE.
- Support customers throughout their journey by coordinating
with the Sales, Marketing, Training, and Service teams.
- Conduct regular clinic visits to ensure customer
satisfaction and identify opportunities for continued
engagement.
- Coordinate educational activities, product training, and
clinic events.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely
support.
- Prepare regular activity reports and share customer feedback
with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related
field.
- Previous experience in the medical aesthetics, healthcare,
medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building
skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused
approach.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE.
