Clinical Support Specialist

A reputable and well-established medical device company is actively recruiting a clinical support specialist for their team in Riyadh.
To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi national for this position.

Main responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to ensure safe and effective product usage.
- Support patient onboarding and follow-up activities, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Respond to clinical enquiries and provide appropriate product-related guidance.
- Support educational initiatives and awareness activities within the healthcare community.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant clinical and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing.
- Valid nursing licence/registration in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience.
- Experience within medical devices, patient care, or a related healthcare environment is a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and engage healthcare professionals.
- Strong patient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
