Cloud And Infrastructure Engineer

Description

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, monitor, and secure enterprise application hosting environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Strong experience in IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and application hosting.
• Strong hands-on experience with IIS and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting web applications and production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience managing SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls.
• Familiarity with change management, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java-based applications, APIs, load balancing, and WAF.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in similar projects.
