As our new Business Development Manager - Cloud, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer success through tailored cloud and managed service solutions. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of services and projects, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure high-quality, efficient, and profitable outcomes. In addition, you will contribute to the company's technology and business strategy, overseeing operational performance, financial results, and long-term customer and partner development.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor, managing governance processes and escalations, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth
- Vendor Management: Lead the selection, contracting, and performance management of vendors and technology partners, ensuring cost efficiency, SLA compliance, high-quality delivery, and adherence to security standards
- Service Delivery Management: Own the successful delivery of services and projects by overseeing resource planning, execution, service quality, operational performance, profitability, and continuous process improvement
- Team and Operations Management: Manage and develop delivery and technical teams, ensuring effective resource utilization, strong performance, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and business continuity
- Strategic and Financial Responsibility: Contribute to technology strategy and roadmap planning while managing budgets, monitoring financial performance and margins, and providing leadership with insights on results, risks, and growth opportunities
