Cloud Engineer (CBD)
Brief Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Cloud Engineer, where you will design and manage cloud infrastructure and backend services, making impactful contributions to our innovative data platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for analytics platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge cloud solutions.
- Optimize Python services, SQL schemas, and data workflows for enhanced performance.
- Build and maintain APIs/SDKs to facilitate secure client integrations.
- Enforce security measures, monitoring, and cost controls in accordance with established team standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in cloud engineering or backend development.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Python.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with AWS services in a production setting.
- Strong understanding of database schema design and SQL querying.
- Proficiency with Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud principles and the well-architected framework.
