Cloud Engineer (MongoDB & Cloud Platforms)
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure and MongoDB administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying and managing scalable cloud environments while ensuring the performance, availability and security of MongoDB databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP
- Administer and support MongoDB databases, including Replica Sets, Sharding and MongoDB Atlas.
- Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, backup and recovery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and automation solutions
- Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments and cloud-native applications
- Ensure security, high availability and disaster recovery for cloud and database environments.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- 3+ years of MongoDB Administration experience.
- Expertise in MongoDB Atlas, Replication, Sharding and Performance Tuning.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD tools
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
Preferred Certifications:
- AWS/Azure/GCP Certification.
- MongoDB Certified DBA / Atlas Certification.
