Cluster Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Support execution of marketing strategies across both properties in alignment with Accor brand standards.
- Assist in planning and promoting seasonal campaigns, events, and on-property activations.
- Coordinate and support photo/video shoots to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content.
- Manage and update digital presence across social media, OTAs, Google listings, and brand platforms.
- Work closely with the community management agency to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Draft content for newsletters, website updates, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (signage, menus, flyers, etc.).
- Assist in coordinating PR and influencer engagements, media visits, and FAM trips.
-Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information and align marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate supplier communication and support budget tracking.
- Travel between Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh as needed to support on-ground execution.
