About the Role
act as the operational counterpart and deputy to the Lead Program Manager
helping drive overall program execution
supporting creation and maintenance of BOMs, CRs, delivery documentation
Teamcenter ownership
What You Will Do
Program execution according to HARMAN Project Life Cycle Management Processes (PLM / PMI PMBOK) as deputy of Program Manager in Telematics or Car Audio programs
Technical steering of selected functional areas (cross functional & international)
Regular meetings with OEM-customers for all aspects of technical status and program progress
Project planning (including samples/peripherals) and controlling (esp. cost/budget)
Active customer alignment with respect to schedules, deliveries and technical contents
Ensure transparent reporting towards customer and internal stakeholder
Creation and tracking of CRRs (Control Run Requests) in Mendix
What You Need to be Successful
University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering) or appropriate graduation
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management
Excellent skills in MS Office, MS Project. Knowledge of SAP and Teamcenter (Mendix) would be an advantage.
Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management especially w/r to planning and controlling
Strong customer focus
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent technical and commercial English skills
Good presentation skills
What Makes You Eligible
Knowledge in Telematics, Infotainment or Audio Systems and experience in working inside automotive projects
Experience in testing and certification processes
