Collection Strategy and Analysis Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Build collection policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the company policy on recoveries is followed and is in line with relevant governance regulations.
• Develop the collection strategy logics including actions, channels, contents and intensity.
• Being responsible for supporting stakeholders within Collections in their Annual Operating Plan (AOP), target, incentives and cost monitoring.
• Work closely with collections units on strategy implementation and execution control.
• Ensure collection strategies are deployed effectively in systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, data science.

• At least 5 years experience in the Retail Banking / Financial / Debt Collection sector.

• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.

• Ability to derive insights from quantitative reports.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
