Commercial Manager
About the role
As Commercial Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for commercial operations through a team of 3 including pricing, contract negotiations, client relationship management, forecasting and commercial risk management. You'll work closely with the RNP Senior Leadership team to shape proposals, optimise commercial models, and ensure financial performance aligns with strategic goals.
What you'll do
- Drive new business opportunities through relationship building and customer insight
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with local and international clients
- Lead pricing reviews, tender submissions, and financial modeling
- Analyse commercial performance and identify areas for growth or cost optimisation
- Develop and maintain robust commercial processes and risk controls
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to deliver value to clients
Who you are
You are an accomplished professional, eager to embrace your next challenge in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. With proven experience in commercial management, contract administration or financial leadership - ideally within technology, telecommunication or B2B services - you bring a demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and communicate effectively, consistently building strong client relationships. Your analytical mindset is supported by advanced skills in excel and financial modeling, and you approach every task with meticulous attention to detail and strong commercial acumen. Proactive and solutions-focused, you excel at solving complex problems and can confidently operate both as a hands-on contributor and in a leadership capacity.
