Commercial Manager

We are a global Ibex 35 group where we develop innovative, high-value concessions, engineering and water projects across more than 15 countries where we operate.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Wyaralong.

Responsabilities:

•Responsible for the commercial and contractual management of the project's downstream packages within a collaborative Design & Construction (D&C) reimbursable contract model.

•Accountable for managing commercial risks, scope changes, and contractual compliance, while fostering collaborative relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

•Previous experience in collaborative contracting models is desirable.

•Required experience: 5-10 years.

•Degree in Law or Engineering, with training and/or experience in contract management.

• High level of English (C1).
