Commissioning Manager (S-1750-Q)

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

15 years experience in various project phases, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, within large-scale commissioning projects in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing service/vendor personnel, and having overall responsibility for commissioning execution.

Technical and Business Skills
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service
Companies.
Broad and extensive knowledge of engineering design standards,
specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry,
and appropriate safety criteria.
Broad experience in commissioning strategies and execution.
Strong knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, precommissioning, commissioning, and systems completion.
Experience managing Brownfield Projects and Simultaneous
Operations (SIMOPS).
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in
Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
Experienced in contract compliance, schedule, and cost constraints.
Strong experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
