Commodity Trading Manager (Critical Minerals)

We are expanding our critical minerals business and are looking for 4 experienced Commodity Trading Managers to drive sourcing, sales, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and trade critical minerals (e.g. lithium, nickel, rare earths)
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers (mines) and buyers (traders, manufacturers)
• Lead negotiations, structure deals, and execute contracts
• Identify market opportunities and close transactions
• Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics

Requirements

• Experience in commodity trading / mining / resource sector preferred
• Strong network of suppliers or buyers is a big advantage
• Familiar with trade processes (contracts, LC, logistics, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and execution skills
• Able to independently drive deals to completion

Compensation

• Base salary + high commission (deal-driven)
• Performance-based, no cap on earnings
• Package negotiable based on experience and resources
