Communication Specialist

We are calling for the application of a Senior Specialist Role in Communication & Event area for an International School in the South of Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as the key person in-charge on the school communications content strategy across the communication channels including News & Blogs, social media and website.

• Create communication content that is aligned to the schools current strategy, mission and values, brand promises, and is targeted appropriately.

• Engage with academic staff throughout the school to collect news and updates from the classroom and from offsite trips, events and activities.
• § Manage the current website content, updating content as requested.
• § Monitor web traffic using Google Analytics and other necessary tools, and conduct analysis to ensure to help improve the digital marketing communications

• Build the school online community through social media, driving both followers and engagement (shares and comments).
• Ensure that all current parents are kept up to date on school news and information.
• Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer when required with Photography and videography for the school, ensuring the highest standards are adhered to in line with global guidelines and school aesthetic quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years working in a communications, digital marketing or copywriting related discipline
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, preferable Expat with native English.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills in English
• Experience of writing across a diverse range of on- and off-line media and an understanding of how to optimise content for each
• Experience of managing all social media platforms including writing and editing content and developing videos and reels
