Job Description
As a Security Awareness Communications Analyst at Ubisoft Montreal, you will contribute to the development and implementation of security awareness initiatives aimed at reducing human-factor security risks through training, communication, and employee engagement. In collaboration with the security awareness team, you will support training programs, communication strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
What you will do
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the security awareness program roadmap, and support the goals and initiatives assigned to you
- Design and maintain engaging security awareness training content for Ubisoft's Learning Management System
- Create and execute communication plans aligned with the priorities of Security and Risk Management
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership teams to produce clear and accessible communications, distributed through various channels
- Design engaging visual communication materials, including infographics and awareness collateral
- Support initiatives that promote positive secure behaviors and employee engagement
- Manage the Security and Risk Management team's presence on internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the company intranet
- Support operational activities related to the awareness program, including phishing simulations and inquiries
- Translate technical security concepts into content adapted for a wide range of audiences
- Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of awareness initiatives and training materials
Qualifications

- Experience in business communication, project coordination, or instructional design
- Understanding of information technology and cybersecurity concepts
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to different audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating engaging visual communication content
- Understanding of organizational culture and its impact on learning and collaboration
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, and communication approaches
- Collaborative and proactive approach to managing priorities and projects
