Communications Manager
You will pitch and secure media coverage, own the end-to-end press release lifecycle, and turn product and partner news into clear press materials. You will build and maintain media relationships, field inbound press inquiries, produce supporting content and briefing docs, track coverage metrics, coordinate cross-functional approvals, and manage PR tools and event logistics.

- Manage relationships with PR tools and vendor platforms
- Maintain GTM pipeline tracker and flag scheduling conflicts
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in journalism, communications, PR, or media relations
- Strong writing skills
- Comfortable working across product, partnerships, and legal teams in a fast-paced, async-first environment
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and a fast-moving editorial calendar
- Experience with wire distribution services and PR tools such as Muck Rack or Cision
- Background in crypto or blockchain with understanding of stablecoins, on/off-ramps, and regulatory landscapes
- Experience coordinating with external PR agencies and international media coverage
- Prior agency experience at a crypto or fintech-focused PR firm (preferred)
