Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with payroll budget planning and payroll cost analysis
Experience with plan vs. actual variance analysis
Practical knowledge of vacation pay and sick leave calculations under Ukrainian labor legislation
Understanding of payroll calculations for different work schedules, including 5/2, 2/2, and part-time
Experience working with salary ranges and compensation structures
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work with large volumes of payroll and HR data

Will be a plus:
Experience with bonus calculations and incentive programs
Experience in payroll / compensation process automation
Experience with HR analytics and personnel cost reporting
Experience improving or optimizing C&B processes

Responsibilities:
Plan and analyze payroll budgets
Perform monthly plan vs. actual analysis of personnel costs
Prepare regular payroll and compensation reports
Analyze and maintain salary ranges
Review and validate bonus calculations
Analyze vacation, sick leave, and other payroll-related costs
Support the automation and optimization of payroll and compensation processes
Work with payroll data to identify deviations, trends, and areas for optimization
Provide analytical insights related to personnel costs and compensation decisions
