Compliance Officer

Position Title: Compliance Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A Sharjah based dynamic Freezone organization offering hassle-free business setup solutions within UAE. Job Description: - Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable UAE laws. - Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions - Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews - Identify potential regulatory breaches, control weaknesses and areas requiring further review and draft inspection findings and reports.

- Must be bachelor degree in compliance, business, or related field - Minimum 3 years total experience in compliance within a Free Zone or regulated UAE environment. - High attention to detail and strong communication skills. - Ability to analyze documents and identify regulatory issues
