Conduct Risk Analyst (Contract)
- Ensure compliance reporting, misconduct trend analysis, and data analysis relating to distribution channels are completed within set timelines
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected agency misconduct, recommending and following through on appropriate actions for substantiated undesirable sales behaviour
- Engage customers and distribution channel partners to gather information for fair, thorough assessment of misconduct allegations
- Uphold discipline and compliance with prescribed market and business conduct standards across distribution channels
- Maintain strong working knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal business rules governing distribution conduct (preferred)
- Contribute to and deliver projects/initiatives supporting internal and regulatory requirements and improving process efficiency
- Support policy replacement appeal reviews
