Consolidated Accounting Specialist
You will handle consolidated closing and accounting processes, prepare IFRS-based accounting and English financial statements, create and review periodic reports, support US-SOX and audits, and aggregate and analyze financial data.
Responsibilities
- Handle consolidated closing and consolidation processes
- Apply IFRS-based accounting treatments
- Prepare and review semiannual and annual securities reports
- Prepare quarterly and annual English financial statements
- Support US-SOX compliance
- Respond to audit firms
- Aggregate and analyze data
Requirements
- Experience with consolidated closing, disclosure, management accounting, or related accounting work at an operating company or financial institution
- Experience in financial statement audits, internal control audits, or internal control advisory at an audit firm
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Business-level English or a TOEIC score of 730 or higher
- Experience with IFRS accounting and closing
- Experience preparing Form 20-F, Form 6-K, securities reports, or consolidated financial statements
- Experience with BI tools, automation tools, or generative AI for operational efficiency
- US-SOX experience
- Tax filing and audit support experience
- Experience implementing accounting and related systems
