Construction Manager
Job Description:
- Manage a construction project team and oversees the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
- Liaise and coordinate closely with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on the project’s activities.
- Review and prepare method statements for submission to the client
- Manage manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities in resolving site issues.
- Monitor ongoing site activities and ensure work runs smoothly
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LTA/MRT projects
- At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
