CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily site operations for piling and foundation projects.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Resolve site and construction issues effectively.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and WSH requirements.
• Provide regular updates to Project Manager / Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of site operations and construction processes.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage site teams and work independently.
