Construction manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end civil works executionfor:
  • EHV Substations (AIS/GIS)
  • Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) projects
• Oversee project lifecycle: engineering coordination → procurement → construction → commissioning → handover
• Ensure adherence to EPC contract schedules and key milestones

  • anage multiple subcontractors for:
    • Substation civil works (foundations, control building, trenches)
    • Tower foundations (pile/open foundations)
    • Infrastructure works (roads, drainage, fencing)
• 
  
  • Evaluate contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• 
  
  • Approve work methods, schedules, and progress.
  • Monitor project progress against baseline schedule (Primavera/MS Project).
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and cost targets.
  • Oversee:
    • Client billing (milestone-based)
    • Subcontractor billing and certification.
