Construction Manager Pipeline

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in pipeline projects within the oil and gas/ Water projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pipeline construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget while adhering to industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage pipeline construction projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for construction.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections and addressing any hazards or violations.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, monitoring costs, and forecasting expenses to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction, collaborating with stakeholders to find mutually satisfactory solutions.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable regulations, permits, and industry standards, including API, ASME, and other relevant codes.
