CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager (General Building exp

· Manage and coach teammembers, monitor productivity, and oversee organizational functions.

· Plan, forecast, andtrack subcontractors’ progress; conduct daily coordination meetings and weeklyscheduling to meet project timelines.

· Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

· Verify constructiondetails, defects, and variations against plans before construction or paymentprocessing.

· Liaise closely withsubcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; provide guidelines,expertise, and team supervision.

· Coordinate logistics anddaily operational needs for smooth site execution.

Requirements:

· Degree in CivilEngineering or its equivalent recognized by BCA/PEB

· Minimally 8 years ofconstruction experience, preferably with a main contractor.
