CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus
· Overall project planning,schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget, andClient’s expectations. Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, withinscope and within budget.
· Resolve technical and siteissues bought forth by internal team members, client, consultants, andcontractors.
· Setup standardarchitectural / structural / MEP detailing to be implemented on the project
· Monitoring progress andidentifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site tomeet targets.
· Coordinate internalresources and third parties/vendors e.g., Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of all projects.
· Coordinate and tracktimely issuance of design drawings from consultants; and to ensuring theaccuracy of submissions from contractors, vendors, and suppliers for the workto be performed.
· Coordinate and tracktimely submissions and approvals of various trades shop-drawings
· Obtain timely approvalsfrom client and consultants of all materials.
· Ensure that work isexecuted in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specificationsand regulatory requirements.
· Ensure that allauthorities submissions and clearances are achieved in accordance to theproject schedule.
· Ensure seamlesscoordination and interfacing of Structure, Architecture & ID, and M&Edisciplines.
· Ensure resourceavailability and allocation by developing a detailed project plan to monitorand track progress.
· Manage changes toprojects’ scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Requirements:
· Degree / Master in CivilEngineering or Project Management or relevant field.
· Proven at least 5 years ofworking experience in project management in the public and private residential,government and commercial building projects.
