Consultant – Network & Security Operations

About position: Supports day-to-day enterprise network and security operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, managing operational changes, and maintaining network infrastructure. Works within a 24×7 operations team to ensure the availability, performance, and security of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and secure access technologies. What you will do: Monitor and manage Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, and Changes using ServiceNow Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents within SLA Support major incident resolution and service restoration activities Provide operational support for WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, routers, switches, and network connectivity Support network technologies including Aruba SD-WAN, HPE Aruba, Cisco, and telecom WAN services Perform network configuration, maintenance, health checks, and approved operational changes Support security platforms including Fortinet, Palo Alto (Panorama), and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, Client Connector) Coordinate with vendors, telecom providers, managed service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues Maintain network documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and configuration records Ensure effective shift handovers and communicate ongoing incidents, changes, and operational activities
