1、负责海外版抖音TikTok/YouTube/ins平台账号搭建和管理，内容运营和推广，完成帐号的粉丝增长、养号，提高播放量和关注等基础的运营。

2、负责短视频内容的素材收集及制作，制定运营推广方案，以及平台视频发布等工作任务

3、分析数据，不断优化内容效果，提高账号活跃度，从而提高内容的转化率;
