Job Summary

Develop and present innovative interior design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and create engaging presentations to communicate ideas effectively
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and design proposals to support project development
• Assist in selecting materials, colours, and furniture to align with design objectives and client preferences
• Produce comprehensive design documentation and project presentations as required to facilitate project approval
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience of 1–3 years in interior design or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates
• Proficiency in design and drafting software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
• Ability to produce 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, and presentation materials
• Understanding of space planning, materials, colours, furniture, and interior finishes
