Contract Intermediate Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Intermediate Project Manager to join a recognised New Zealand organisation during a significant period of transformation. You'll support the delivery of strategic operational projects that improve business performance and customer outcomes while working alongside an experienced transformation team.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver multiple projects from planning through to implementation
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and reporting
• Coordinate stakeholders, workshops and governance meetings
• Manage project risks, issues, budgets and dependencies
• Prepare executive reporting and project updates
• Partner with business leaders to drive successful project outcomes
• Build strong relationships across operations, technology and corporate teams

What you'll bring

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects within a corporate environment ideally 4+ years of experience
• Strong project planning, governance and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project reporting, budgets and risk management
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
