Contract Loading Quality Manager
What will you do on your journey with WebBeds.
As a Contract Loading Quality Manager, you will lead, elevate, and optimise the quality checking, error prevention, and loading function across all WebBeds regions. Operating at the centre of the Contracting Operations function, you will design and embed world-class quality control methodologies, shape a culture of operational excellence, and drive high performance across regional teams.
Through strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with the Contracting Operations senior leadership team, you will optimise accuracy, minimise loss, and enhance reliability across the FIT and Channel Manager contract loading workflow.
As deputy to the Director of Contract Loading, you will represent the department, lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve high-impact issues, and direct special projects to scope, quality, and deadline.
In this role you will:
Key responsibilities
Quality standards: Drive and maintain world-class accuracy standards across all quality control and error-prevention activities.
Performance monitoring: Monitor, analyse, and improve quality performance, proactively identifying risk areas and implementing preventative measures.
Error prevention: Implement error-prevention strategies, using data and insights to reduce repeat issues and minimise operational loss.
Operational partnership: Partner with Contracting Operations leadership to deliver targets, meet service level agreements, and uphold high operational standards.
Workload management: Allocate and prioritise workloads across Contracting Operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to key performance indicators.
Team leadership: Lead, coach, and empower Team Leaders, Senior Associates, and Associates to achieve operational excellence.
Performance management: Set and refine performance standards, conduct reviews, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Talent development: Build and nurture a high-performing leadership pipeline across the global team.
Innovation: Champion innovation by encouraging team leaders to propose fresh ideas and lead change initiatives.
Policies and procedures: Enhance and update department policies and procedures to deliver stronger business outcomes.
Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely reports that enable informed decision-making at leadership level.
Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, resolving issues quickly and collaboratively.
Special projects: Direct special projects from initiation to completion, delivering them to scope, quality, and deadline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or departmental management role within a travel or bedbank environment.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and contract loading workflows.
Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Strong decision-making, delegation, and coaching capabilities.
Excellent influencing, communication, and collaboration skills across all organisational levels.
Strong judgement and problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to anticipating issues and implementing preventative measures.
