Contract Manager
Guildhall is supporting a leading regional technology systems integrator with over 15 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and digital technology solutions across the Middle East. The company specializes in ELV, ICT, Smart City, Security, Life Safety, Robotics, AI, and Intelligent Infrastructure solutions, supporting some of Saudi Arabia's largest government and giga-project developments. The Contract Manager will be responsible for protecting the company's commercial interests across several active projects by managing contract administration, contractual correspondence, variation orders, and claims management. Key Responsibilities - Manage contract administration across multiple concurrent projects. - Identify contractual risks, change orders, delays, and claim opportunities. - Prepare, submit, and negotiate variation orders and extension of time (EOT) claims. - Develop comprehensive claim documentation including contractual justification, cost build-up, supporting evidence, and time impact analysis. - Maintain an accurate claims register, tracking progress and recovery status. - Draft contractual notices, formal correspondence, and commercial communications. - Monitor contractual obligations, notice periods, and key milestones. - Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, QS teams, and site personnel to capture claimable events promptly. - Ensure complete contractual records and documentation are maintained. - Support commercial recovery initiatives and improve project cash flow. - Provide regular commercial and contractual reporting to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of Contract Management or Claims Management experience within Saudi Arabia. - Strong experience managing variation orders, commercial claims, and contract administration on construction, MEP, ELV, ICT, or infrastructure projects. - Proven ability to recover commercial claims successfully. - Strong knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract administration. - Experience preparing contractual notices, variation submissions, and claim documentation. - Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent written and verbal English and Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
