Contract Manager – Interior Fit-Out (Contractor)

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and financial management of projects.
• Manage procurement, budgets, cash flow, valuations, variations and claims.
• Oversee contract administration, EOTs and final accounts.
• Monitor commercial risks, costs and project profitability.
• Lead and develop the QS team.
• Support tenders and provide commercial input.
• Prepare commercial reports and ensure contract compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ commercial management experience in fitting-out/construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing QS teams.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, cost control and commercial strategy.
• Able to lead and manage a team effectively.
