Contract Support Executive

As a Contract Support Executive, you will provide administrative support to the contracting and contract support teams, ensuring supplier contract information is entered accurately and efficiently into the company database systems. Working within one of our Specialist Functions in the Contracting Team, you will play a key part in delivering excellent, error-free contract loading.
This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong eye for detail who can work independently and follow established processes and procedures to consistently deliver accurate results.
In this role you will:
Key responsibilities
Contract entry: Enter new supplier contracts for sale, along with updates and amendments to existing contracts, into the company database systems.
Cost calculations: Calculate cost rates using basic mathematics.
Accuracy and self-checking: Undertake a self-check of all work entered to maintain the highest standard of accuracy, aiming for a zero error rate.
Service level adherence: Meet all turnaround times in line with department service level agreements.
Process compliance: Consistently follow department processes and procedures, and raise queries for any contract details that appear incorrect or do not follow agreed standards.
Query resolution: Liaise with internal Contract Managers by phone or email to resolve contract-related queries, and support supplier partners with requests promptly and professionally.
Cross-department support: Assist other departments with questions or queries related to supplier contracts, and offer general support to team members as needed.
Workflow feedback: Identify and report any blockages within your day-to-day workflow.
Reporting: Accurately complete any reports required across the department.
Learning and development: Attend presentations and training as required to upgrade your knowledge and skills.
Task delivery and targets: Complete all tasks allocated by the Team Leader or Department Manager and achieve targets set on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

Experience working in a data entry or administration environment (preferable).
Travel industry, hotel, revenue, or reservations background (beneficial).
Computer literate in the Microsoft Office tool set.
