Conversation & Activation Manager - FX & CFDs Industry - French Speaker

We are looking for a Conversation & Activation Manager to connect with prospects, activate them into engaged users, and retain them as loyal customers. In this role, you will handle the full lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding, conversion, and long-term relationship management, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for French and Malay-speaking clients.

You will use a mix of cold calling, targeted campaigns, and direct engagement to drive measurable business results. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you will turn conversations into conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Cold Calling

• Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and messaging in French and English.
  
• Qualify leads and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently.
  

Activation & Conversion

• Guide new users through onboarding, account setup, and product adoption.
  
• Educate customers about product features and benefits to encourage first-time usage.
  
• Implement targeted activation campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotions.
  
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to inform product improvements.
  
• Track KPIs for engagement, conversion, and retention, and report on progress.
  

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer engagement, activation, or sales roles.
  
• Native or fluent French and English (spoken and written).
  
• Based in Malaysia, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
  
• Proven track record in cold calling and converting leads into paying customers.
  
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital services preferred (not limited to FX).
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
