Conversion rate optimization specialist

You will perform analyses and run tests to determine the best strategies to improve sales conversions for clients. You will maintain and expand a list of CRO strategies, contribute to acquisition and retention initiatives, and develop conversion and UX strategies from ideation through execution, reporting and analysis. You will create and execute deliverables such as website audits, analytics reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and personas. You will conduct UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods, apply web analytics and audience segmentation to optimization, and translate test results into clear data-driven recommendations for clients. You will be required in-office full time initially, with the possibility to work remotely once workflows are established.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a list of CRO strategies based on proprietary site tracking capabilities
• Contribute to paid acquisition and retention strategies
• Develop conversion and UX strategies from ideation through execution, reporting and analysis
• Provide ongoing recommendations to improve key metrics and KPIs via continuous website testing and UX improvements
• Create and execute website audits, analytics reviews, user journey analyses, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and personas
• Conduct UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Apply web analytics and audience segmentation to the optimization process
• Translate testing results into clear data-driven recommendations for clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• High proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Strong knowledge of testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, OptinMonster)
• Experience reporting on success and failure of optimization efforts
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing and effective website design
• Experience creating wireframes and functional/interaction specifications
• Strong digital proficiency
• Fluent English
