As COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys operational strategy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution across all functions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven executive with a strong leadership background, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience managing complex, high-impact projects in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the companys operational strategy to drive efficiency and growth.
- Optimize core business processes and lead organizational change initiatives.
- Build and oversee management structures, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage the product portfolio, including the development of monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with key clients and actively contribute to major projects.
- Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs, mitigate risks, and eliminate inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in the tech sector, primarily in software development.
- Proven expertise in business operations management, ideally within B2B or B2G sectors.
- A track record of success in senior leadership roles (COO, Deputy CEO, or equivalent).
