Coordination Manager

Connect Energy partners with an A1 contractor to look for a COORDINATION MANAGER for their LTA project in Singapore.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Min. 10 years experience in construction preferably with LTA project experience
BIM proficiency
Min 8 years in managing Civil, Architectural and/or M&E building services work
Experience in BIM and managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects; having full understanding of design and approval process as well as BCA TOP process.
Take charge of all coordination works of civil, structural, architectural and SWCs
Responsible to manage project coordination / interface relating to civil/structural, architectural and M&E installation.
