Corporate Lawyer Manager

A leading company in the cosmetics industry is seeking a corporate lawyer manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters, ensuring the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and industry regulations. This role will support business growth while protecting the organization's legal and reputational interests.

Requirements

• Commercial affairs.
• OGM and BOD process, preparation, management, and ratifications.
• To be familiar with Companies Law (159 for year 1981 – 159 for year 1998 – 72 for year 2017).
• Governmental relationships and economic court.
• Good experience in stock issuance, updates, clearance house process, documentation archiving, and contract oversight.
• Solid experience with GAFI (General Authority for Investment and Free Zones) obligations.
• Solid experience with Financial Regulatory Authority.
• Observe and control AOA article preparation and ratifications.
• Observe and manage trademark registration and licenses.
• Observe and control government obligations and timing of updating licenses, contracts, statutory reports, commercial articles, and registrations.
• Process of requisitioning capital decrease/increase steps.
• Manage issuance of proxies.
