Country Manager – Egypt (Smart Home / Intercom / Security Solutions)

We are hiring an experienced Country Manager to lead business growth, channel development, and strategic customer management in Egypt for a global organization specializing in Smart Home, Building Intercom, and Security Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets
Manage and grow distributor and channel partner networks across Egypt
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and direct accounts
Identify new business opportunities and establish new sales channels
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
Strengthen market presence and drive sustainable business growth

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
Strong experience in International Sales, Overseas Sales, or Foreign Trade
Good understanding of import-export procedures and foreign trade documentation
Proven experience in channel sales, distributor management, and customer acquisition
Exposure to the Egypt or Middle East market is highly preferred
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Arabic (Egyptian Arabic preferred) is mandatory
Industry experience in Smart Home, Access Control, Intercom, ELV, Security Systems, or Building Automation is a strong advantage

Preferred Profile:
Chinese nationals or professionals with strong Mandarin language capability
Candidates currently based in Egypt or the Middle East will be preferred
Existing business network within the region will be an added advantage
