• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years in product security management, compliance, or secure software engineering
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and its relationship to other frameworks like the NIS 2 Directive
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with hardware/software architecture, vulnerability tracking (CVEs), and secure erase or cryptography functions
• Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or recognized CRA-trained professional certifications (e.g., CybResActTPro) are highly desirable
• Communication: Excellent track record of cross-functional leadership, with the ability to translate complex legislative requirements into actionable engineering and technical protocols
