What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – CSOC to lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation initiatives in a complex international environment.
Your main focus will be on project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance coordination across multiple cybersecurity workstreams.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead large-scale cybersecurity projects, such as SOAR migrations and similar transformation initiatives.
Own and manage end-to-end project roadmap, milestones, and delivery tracking.
Drive stakeholder management across technical, business, and vendor teams.
Facilitate enterprise governance processes such as RFPs, ARM, and other structured frameworks.
Ensure alignment between CSOC teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as Senior Project Manager in large-scale cybersecurity environments.
Strong background in complex transformation projects (SOAR migration or similar).
Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to manage roadmaps, milestones, and enterprise-level delivery structures.
Experience working in structured governance environments (RFP, ARM, etc.).
Soft Skills
Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
Highly proactive and delivery-oriented profile.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Comfortable working in complex, international environments.
Curiosity towards new technologies (e.g. GenAI, automation, AI-driven security) is a plus.
Location & Working Model
Based in Spain, preferably near Barcelona.
Onshore presence preferred to ensure alignment with CSOC teams and stakeholders.
Remote flexibility depending on project needs.
