Customer Data Analyst
You will validate event and service performance using customer behavior data, identify improvements, define customer segments, provide effective marketing insights for each segment, and use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to automate data extraction, analysis scripts, and reporting.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of practical customer data analysis experience
- Proficiency extracting and refining information from large datasets using SQL
- Experience designing A/B tests and logically analyzing their results
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for code writing and analysis
- Experience in virtual assets, fintech, e-commerce, or high-traffic IT platforms is preferred
- Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and data processing with Python is preferred
- Experience connecting generative AI APIs to automate internal data analysis and reporting is preferred
- Interest in virtual asset markets and trading structures and actual investment experience are preferred
