Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response.
- Manage the critical issues that customer focuses.
- Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC.
- Support the quality improvement activity with customers.
- Manage customer quality satisfaction.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering At least 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Customer Quality Management.
- Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools(e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.).
- Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test).
- It is required to have good problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress.
- Good spoken / written English is a must.
- Quality audit experience is preferred.
- Know-how on the Si-Mic product is preferred.
