Customer Service Agent

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo and Alexandria for a Sales Representative / Sales Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

🔑 What we’re looking for:

✅ Fluency in English is a MUST (B2/C1 level) 🇬🇧
✅ Strong Sales, Upselling & Persuasion skills 💰
✅ Ability to close deals and handle objections confidently 🎯
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & active listening skills 🗣️🤝
✅ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for achieving results 💯
✅ Previous experience in Sales, Telesales, or Call Center environments is a plus 📊
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage 🖥️
✅ Flexibility to work night & overnight shifts 🌙
