Job Description

- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 11am to 9pm, Sat/Sun/PH: 10am to 6pm) (rotational shift)
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage customers and secure service bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
- Perform front desk and reception duties.
- Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments.
- Handle invoicing and payment processing.
- Prepare day-end sales settlement and reports.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the management.
