Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally, serving as the first point of contact for families

• Coordinate support between clients and funeral directors

• Support the team in maintaining service excellence across all client touchpoints

• Perform basic administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as required

We are looking for someone who…

• Is empathetic, calm, and respectful with clients

• Communicates clearly and is comfortable in client-facing roles

• Is organised, reliable, and follows through on tasks

• Has basic proficiency in Word and Excel

• Has customer service or call centre experience (preferred)

• Effectively communicate in a professional environment with Mandarin-speaking clients, staff, and stakeholders.
