What You'll Do
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll play an essential role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary customer contact via phone and email.
- Enter and manage customer orders within our ERP/MRP system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Scheduling, and Shipping to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Monitor inventory and communicate potential shortages or delays.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and order changes through resolution.
- Maintain customer records, pricing, and order documentation.
- Assist with quotes, sample requests, and new product inquiries.
- Track open orders and support on-time delivery performance.
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
- Crosstrain in other office functions to provide team support.
